The bush tucker experience is a culinary event with delicacies indigenous to Tasmania including a Tasmanian cheese platter, 3 native spice trout, venison mountain burgers, wallaby steaks with complimenting Tasmanian wine or beer, all resulting in a bush tucker experience to remember.

Pepper Bush Adventures utilizes a custom built catering trailer to provide bush tucker experiences to organizations, clubs and corporate groups anywhere in Tasmania - particularly in remote and regional areas. The Tasmania wilderness provides a stunning and complimentary visual backdrop for the bush tucker dining experience.
